Communication - Arrow Connect

The Arrow Connect Telemetry system features worldwide wireless coverage, up to date technology and secure access to the Arrow Vision online management and control application.

Arrow Connect:

Communicates with vending machines using all vending industry standards
Communicates with the Arrow Vision server via cellular standards using the integrated GPRS modem and SIM card found in each unit.

Telemetry

All-in-one remote machine management tool through which vending machine activities can be monitored online from anywhere in the world.
Machine data is continuously fed to the Arrow Vision server

Polling

Arrow Connect units are programmed to contact the Arrow Vision server at fixed intervals in order to ensure that vending machines are online & transmitting
